About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment via KIMM/Wise Professionals with our client in the security industry. The assignment is part-time, 40%, starting as soon as possible and lasting for six months (paused in July), with the possibility of extension, increased hours, and/or employment. We envision one day a week in the office in central Stockholm and one day a week remote.

As the Communications Manager, you will develop communication flows, create tools and strategies, and educate and support managers and key personnel. The goal is for them to be able to drive communication forward themselves. You will work closely with our marketing department to ensure that our internal communication aligns with the brand and helps engage employees and develop the organization’s communication as a whole.

Your tasks:

• Create a strategy and operational routines for internal communication that can be taken over by the organization after the project ends.
• Implement global and regional communication strategies at the local level.
• Develop templates, guidelines, and training materials.
• Be responsible for internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and information meetings.
• Train managers and key personnel in communication tools and message formulation.
• Establish processes for a structured approach to internal communication.
• Write and publish content for the intranet and other internal channels.

• Understand leadership communication and change communication.
• Are a skilled writer who can adapt messages for different target groups.
• Are strategic but also operational and hands-on.
• Have a creative mind and are curious about new tools and methods.
• Independently and proactively drive your work forward.
• Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
